Our door may not open after 10 minutes of your appointment time. Arriving late will take away from your appointment time. The original reservation fee will be charged.

Couple Massage anytime or any appointments before 10.00 am or after 08.00 pm require prepayment at the time of booking by Zelle or Credit card or invoice directly to your phone.
Please Note : Our business offer two people get a massage at the same time but not in the same room since we are private studios, you can request for only both of you during the session. Couple's massage as best friends or as mother and daughter, father and sons etc.
Prepayment is required before massage therapists provide their service, all fee paid for our services are non-refundable.

Appointment booked within 2 hours of the requested time are considered confirmed and our cancellation / no-show policy will apply.
If a client fails to cancel or clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to prepayment for future services.
Thai Massage Studios can only set up appointment for you to meet your massage therapist. Massage Therapists reserve the right to refuse giving a massage, each massage therapist is independent and has their own service satisfaction policy. Thai Massage Studios do not evaluate the quality of their services.
