Same day appointment welcome. Just call or text us. For massages before 11 AM or after 7 PM, prepayment via Zelle or credit card is required. All are non-refundable. Please confirm your date and time by text or call before paying.Please make sure to book your couple massages at least 6 hours in advance. A prepayment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. For your comfort, we offer only separate rooms during your massage experience. Thank you for your understanding!

Massage Therapists reserve the right to refuse giving a massage, each massage therapist is independent and has their own service satisfaction policy. Thai Massage Studios do not evaluate the quality of their services.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive on time or 5 minutes earlier than your appointment time for check-in. All first time clients will require to sign or submit this form
Our business open by appointment and our door may not open after 10 minutes of your appointment time. Arriving late will take away from your appointment time and sometime massage therapists might not be there anymore. The original reservation fee will be charged.
CANCELLATIONS & NO - SHOW POLICY

Please provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a massage. If a client fails to cancel or clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to prepayment for future services.
