Arriving over 10 minutes late may result in unavailability of massage therapists and a reduced appointment duration.

Appointment booked within 2 hours of the requested time are considered confirmed and our cancellation / no-show policy will apply.
If a client fails to cancel or clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to prepayment at the time of booking for future services.

Please make sure to book your couple massages at least 3 hours in advance. A prepayment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. For your comfort, we offer only separate rooms during your massage experience. Thank you for your understanding!
