Please arrive on time, all clients will need to sign our policies and submit payment before our massage therapists provide services.
Arriving over 10 minutes late may result in unavailability of massage therapists and a reduced appointment duration.

Appointment booked within 2 hours of the requested time are considered confirmed and our cancellation / no-show policy will apply.
If a client fails to cancel or clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to prepayment at the time of booking for future services.

For massages before 11 AM or after 7 PM, prepayment via Zelle or credit card is required. All are non-refundable. Please confirm your date and time by text or call before paying.
Couples Massage / Separate room
Please make sure to book your couple massages at least 6 hours in advance. A prepayment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. For your comfort, we offer only separate rooms during your massage experience. Thank you for your understanding!
